Our pricing consists of two clear components:

1. Official Government Fee: Charged directly by the Saudi authorities, including mandatory medical travel insurance covering Saudi Arabia. The exact amount depends on official exchange rates and is listed separately on your invoice.
2. Our Service Fee: For checking, preparing, and submitting your application, we charge a fixed fee of €37.50 per person. In accordance with the small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung), value-added tax is not charged separately.

You receive a proper invoice by email. Payment is made exclusively via standard bank transfer to our German business account, quoting your invoice number as the payment reference. We never send payment links or ask for card details via chat.

Application Process: Explained Step by Step

1. Fill Out the Online Form

Open our application form and enter the required travel information. For each applicant, upload a clear passport copy and a recent passport photograph.

2. Document Review by Our Team

We inspect your documents for completeness and compliance with official formatting rules. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the planned date of entry. The passport photo must be a recent color photograph with a pure white background, taken straight-on without shadows.

3. Invoice and Payment

Once your documents have been verified, we email your invoice. You transfer the total amount via standard bank transfer.

4. Submission and Processing

As soon as your payment arrives, we submit your application into the official Saudi government system. Processing usually takes place within 48 hours of payment receipt. Final approval rests with the Saudi authorities.

5. Receive Your Visa by Email

You receive your issued eVisa as a PDF directly by email. You can also track your current application status online at any time via your personal status link.

Families and Travel Groups from the Rhine-Main Region

Many pilgrims travel together with their families or in groups. Our system supports joint registrations for multiple travelers in a single submission.

Each traveler receives an individual file with their specific documents, while children are linked to a parent or guardian. The service fee of €37.50 applies per person. Upon request, we issue a single consolidated invoice to the main applicant to keep group payments straightforward.

Important Regulations Regarding the Visa and Umrah

The visa issued is the official Saudi eVisa (tourist eVisa), which fully entitles you to perform Umrah. A separate "Umrah visa" is not required. The visa is valid for 365 days from the date of issue and allows multiple entries. Across all trips, your total stay in Saudi Arabia must not exceed 90 days (cumulatively, not per entry).

In addition to your valid visa, you only need the free Umrah permit, which you book independently via the official Nusuk app. No extra agency service package is required. During the annual Hajj season, the visa permits general entry into Saudi Arabia, but performing Umrah is not permitted by the authorities.
