Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (AZNA Marketing, Imran Hussain, Am Neuenberg 12, 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, E-Mail: info@umrah-hilfe.de) with a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal. We refund by bank transfer to the account you paid from, free of charge.

If you asked us to start processing during the withdrawal period, you pay us a reasonable amount for the part of the service already performed up to your withdrawal. This mainly includes the government fee we have already paid to the official Saudi platform, as the Saudi side does not refund it.

Early expiry

Your right of withdrawal ends when we have fully performed the service, i.e. your eVisa has been issued and sent to you, provided you expressly asked us beforehand to start before the withdrawal period ended and confirmed that you knew this.
