5. Storage location and security

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union (EU region). Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Storage duration

Your data will be stored for the duration of the application processing and 3 months after the completion of your trip, unless legal retention obligations (e.g., according to HGB or AO) require longer storage. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your passport data will only be forwarded to the official Saudi Arabian visa platform, to the extent necessary for submitting the application and obtaining the visa on your behalf. 10. Payment service providers

Payments are made via bank transfer to our business account. In doing so, we process payment details (e.g., amount, purpose, payment receipt) and data transmitted by your bank. We do not store card or online banking data.

11. Communication via email and optionally via WhatsApp

Umrah Hilfe is operated by AZNA Marketing. Regardless of the chosen contact method, AZNA Marketing is always the responsible company and your point of contact.

To process your request, we process the email address you provide. We use this address to send important information about your application, status updates, invoices containing our bank details where applicable, and payment confirmations. The email address is therefore required to use our services.

Providing a WhatsApp number is voluntary. We only use WhatsApp if you have explicitly consented to it, for general inquiries and organizational coordination. We do not send automated status updates, invoices, payment data, payment confirmations, or confidential documents via WhatsApp.

Please do not send passports, IDs, visa documents, or payment data via WhatsApp. Confidential documents may only be transmitted via the designated secure upload area of the website.

Your email address or WhatsApp number will not be used for newsletters or advertising, unless you have separately consented to this.

12. Affiliate Tracking

If you access Skyscanner or Expedia via the links provided on this website, these providers may use tracking technologies (e.g., cookies) to track a booking made via the link. The respective privacy policies of Skyscanner or Expedia apply. We ourselves do not gain insight into your booking data with these providers.

13. Server Log Files

When you access our website, technical access data is automatically processed: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page. This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). The log data is deleted or anonymized after a maximum of 30 days. This data is not merged with other data sources.

14. Service Providers Used (Processors)

To provide our services, we use carefully selected service providers with whom we have concluded data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO:

• Hosting and delivery of the website as well as database and document storage: Operation in data centers within the European Union.

• Email dispatch (confirmations, status notifications, invoices): Dispatch service provider for reliable delivery of our messages.

• Protection of forms against automated misuse (spam protection): The IP address and technical browser information are transmitted to the provider of the protection service. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (security of our systems).

Insofar as processing exceptionally takes place outside the EU/EEA, this is secured by the EU standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and supplementary technical and organizational measures.

15. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use analytics, statistics, advertising, or tracking cookies and do not integrate tools for reach measurement. Only technically necessary information is stored: the notice that you have hidden a service message (your browser's session storage), and in the internal employee area, the login details. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you desire, according to § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG, and therefore does not require consent. For this reason, we do not display a cookie banner.

16. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers (Google Fonts) or other third parties takes place; no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

17. Revocation and Objection

You can revoke any consent given to us at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the revocation. You can object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
