General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope and Type of Service
These GTC apply to all services provided by Umrah Hilfe (AZNA Marketing) ("we", "us"). We are not a tour operator within the meaning of § 651a BGB. We exclusively offer the following legally independent individual services:
• a) Visa Service: Application for and acquisition of an Umrah/Saudi visa on your behalf on the official platform of the Saudi Arabian state, against payment of the government fee plus our service fee
• b) Provision of links to external platforms for flight bookings (e.g., Skyscanner)
• c) Provision of links to external platforms for hotel bookings (e.g., Expedia)
These services are NOT offered as a package at a total price. Each service is commissioned separately, billed separately, and treated contractually separately.
2. Visa Service — Payment Processing and Scope of Service
2.1 You commission us to acquire a visa on your behalf via the official platform of the Saudi Arabian state.
2.2 The total amount payable by you consists of: (a) the official government fee (a pass-through item that we forward 1:1 to the authority), and (b) our transparent service fee of 37,50 € per person. Both amounts will be shown individually to you before payment.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged, as the small business regulation is applied.
2.3 Payment of the total amount is made by bank transfer to the account specified in our invoice; the invoice number must be stated as the purpose of payment. After receipt of payment, we will acquire the visa immediately on your behalf via the official platform.
2.4 After the visa has been acquired, the total amount (government fee and service fee) is no longer refundable, as the underlying visa service cannot be cancelled by the authority.
2.5 We do not guarantee the issuance of the visa by the competent authority, as the decision rests exclusively with the Saudi Arabian government. Should the visa application be rejected, we will refund the government fee to you to the extent that it is refunded to us by the authority; our service fee remains unaffected, as the support service has already been rendered.
2.6 When applying for a visa for minor travelers (under 18 years of age), the specification of an accompanying legal guardian with their own valid passport and their own visa application within the same travel group is mandatory. The responsibility for the accuracy of the stated relationship and for compliance with all requirements for the travel of minors lies with the applicant.
2.7 The acquired visa is generally valid for 365 days from the date of issue and permits multiple entries, with a maximum total stay of 90 days. This quota applies cumulatively across all stays within the validity period and is not re-granted per entry. A separate Umrah service package (hotel + transport via a licensed Umrah provider) is not required when using the eVisa provided by us. Umrah with the eVisa is exclusively permitted outside the annual Hajj season. We recommend booking accommodation before entry, as this is frequently checked upon arrival. Changes to visa regulations by the competent Saudi Arabian authorities are beyond our control; we assume no liability for this.
2.8 Validity of the Visa. The issued Umrah visa is valid from the date of issue, not from the planned start of travel. The validity period begins on the issue date shown on the visa. The customer is responsible for commencing travel within the visa's validity period.
3. Flight and Hotel Brokerage
3.1 We provide you with links to external, independent providers (Flights: e.g., Skyscanner; Hotels: e.g., Expedia).
3.2 The booking contract for flight or hotel services is concluded exclusively between you and the respective external provider.
3.3 Payments for flight and hotel services are made directly to the external provider, not to us.
3.4 We are not liable for service disruptions, cancellations, delays, or other defects in connection with flight or hotel bookings, as we are not involved in these contracts.
3a. Affiliate Links
3a.1 The links to Skyscanner and Expedia provided on this website are affiliate links. In the event of a successful booking via these links, we may receive a commission from the respective provider.
3a.2 This does not incur any additional costs for you as a user. The price displayed to you corresponds to the regular price you would pay even without using our link.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating any reasons.
4.2 With your express consent to the immediate processing of your visa application, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have commenced the performance of the service (payment of the government fee / submission of your application), in accordance with § 356 Abs. 4 BGB.
5. Liability
5.1 We are only liable for intent and gross negligence within the scope of our own support service.
5.2 We assume no liability for actions, decisions, or services of third parties (Saudi Arabian authorities, airlines, hotel platforms).
5a. Communication and Contact Channels
Umrah Hilfe is an offering of AZNA Marketing. All contacts via email, WhatsApp, or phone, as well as all contract-related communication, are conducted with AZNA Marketing as the responsible company.
